This policy explains what information Pro100 Policy Generator ("we", "us"), available at https://legal.pro100.sarl, collects when you use the website and how it is used.

Your answers in the generators

The policy generators run entirely in your browser. The answers you type (business name, email, website and so on) and the documents produced from them are not sent to our servers and are not stored by us. When you close or reload the page, they are gone.

Information we collect

• Technical data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses, browser type and request logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
• Analytics. We may use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count visits.
• Advertising. We may show ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings.
• Emails. If you email us, we receive your email address and message and use them only to reply.

Cookies

The site itself does not require cookies to work. Advertising partners may set cookies as described above. Your browser lets you block or delete cookies.

Data retention

We do not keep your generator answers. Emails are kept as long as needed to deal with your request. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data. Contact us at hello@pro100.sarl and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
